We conducted a field development planning audit for the upstream development of this project in Qatar. This consisted of offshore production platforms, offshore pipelines and an onshore gas processing facility. We vetted the technical basis for the project and also audited the development cost of project and its associated budgets. We then made recommendations for future development of the project which were designed to reduce cost. The cost analysis that was based on our own cost estimating tool - NETCO$TER.
