We were contracted to develop a CPR for a Listing of 7.5% of the Company’s shares on exchanges in the United States and the United Kingdom. We reviewed the available technical data to establish an independent view of 90% of the companies reserves in accordance with standards set by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). An asset valuation of the properties was also conducted using Discounted Cash Flow methods. The CPR was included in stock exchange circulars used to vend the shares to investors.
