Exploration Property Independent Technical Reports, Central African Republic

We developed independent technical reports for the several oil and gas properties for an upcoming listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

The properties evaluated included:

• Three newly assigned Exploration licenses in Cuvette Central - Democratic Republic of Congo
• One mature exploration license in close proximity to Lake Albert - Democratic Republic of Congo
• One newly assigned Exploration license in the Carnot sub-basin - Central African Republic

We based our assessments on our extensive experience of the geology of Central Africa along with data from regional geological reports, geochemical studies and satellite imagery. Aero gravimetric, aeromagnetic and seismic surveys shot over a number of the properties were also used to compile our assessments.

The reports set out the prospective resources for the license areas and included an indicative discounted cash flow valuation of the risked recoverable resources.
