We developed a Competent Person Report for this offshore block in the Republic of South Africa in accordance with guidelines set down by the Alternative Investment Market. The report evaluated the resources associated with a number of discovered fields and prospective structures in the block. The report included a valuation and was incorporated in a circular to shareholders to gain approval for a funding raising to support an acquisition of part of the equity in the block. The work took into account an extensive 2D and 3D seismic, well data and a producing asset database available for the block.
