We developed an Independent Technical Expert Report for an offshore block in the Republic of South Africa in accordance with guidelines set down by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange . The report evaluated the resources associated with a number of discovered fields and prospective structures in the block. The report was included in a circular to shareholders to gain approval for a funding raising to support an acquisition of part of the equity in the block. The work took into account an extensive 2D and 3D seismic, well data and a producing asset database available for the block.
