We developed an update of an Independent Technical Expert Report previously developed for this onshore exploration block in the Democratic Republic of Congo in accordance with guidelines set down by the JSE. The report set out the prospective resources for the block and was used by the Client as a part of his submission to gain shareholder approval for a funding raising to support an acquisition of assets in the Republic of South Africa. The work took into account exploration and appraisal work conducted by others in properties adjacent to and in the vicinity of the block.
