We developed an independent probabilistic resources and reserves assessment for the fields and prospects in this offshore block in Nigeria in accordance with PRMS standards. We assessed the extensions that would be required nearby production facilities to optimally develop the reserves; we executed an outline field development planning assessment to achieve this. The reserves audit was used as part of the company’s submission to the US Securities and Exchange Commission during its listing process.
