| Company Structure |
|
Our company is organised as a number of discipline groups reporting to our Managing Director. The discipline groups are: geophysics, geology, reservoir engineering, facilities engineering and economics. Our Managing Director has extensive experience of performing, organising and delivering technical and commercial consultancy services to the international oil and gas industry. A chartered chemical engineer he has over 25 years industry experience. Profiles for each of our discipline groups are provided below.

| Geophysics |
|
This group is lead by one of our consultants who's past experience includes working as a staff geophysicist for an oil major. Our group comprises 3 individuals who have extensive experience of executing geophysics assessments, including prospect identification and exploration campaigns and other geophysics projects. Average industry experience profile is 18 years.

| Geology |
|
This group includes both geologists and petrophysicists is lead by one of our consultants who's past experience includes extensive experience of delivering technical consultancy services to a state oil company. Our group comprises 3 individuals who have extensive experience of executing geological assessments and projects. Average industry experience profile is 20 years.

| Reservoir Engineering |
|
This group is lead by one of our consultants who's past experience includes working as a staff reservoir engineer for a medium sized oil company. Our group comprises 3 individuals who have extensive experience of executing reservoir engineering assessments, including reserves determinations and production optimisation as well as other reservoir engineering projects. Average industry experience profile is 11 years.

This group includes both surface and subsurface specialists and is lead by one of our consultants who's past experience includes extensive experience of delivering technical consultancy services to numerous clients in the international oil industry. Our group comprises 5 individuals who have extensive experience of executing facilities engineering assessments including their process, mechanical, cost and schedule elements. Average industry experience profile is 20 years.

This group is lead by one of our consultants who's past experience includes working as a staff petroleum economist for a medium sized oil company. Our group comprises 2 individuals who have extensive experience of executing petroleum economics assignments including viablility assessments and assisting in assets sale and purchases. Average industry experience profile is 18 years.
